ICE is a company specialised in providing compliance consultancy to the staffing industry. Established in 2014 by Helga Venturini Townend, ICE was born out of a desire to assist customers achieve true compliance, with a belief that it is possible to succeed when playing by the rules and without having to compromise and cut corners.
Helga started working with compliance back in 2000 while living in Italy. Having worked for management companies, a recruitment agency and an MSP provider, Helga has a wealth of experience dealing with international programmes, a deep understanding of the intricacies of global expansions as well as the roles of the many players in the staffing supply chain.
Being able to compete in a global market means remaining abreast with laws and requirements is essential and this is a primary objective of ICE. We work tirelessly in order to help clients to keep their data and solutions up to date.
We also started releasing bi-monthly newsletters back in April 2015, providing customers with snippets on regulatory and legislative changes around the world. With integrity and transparency, ICE aspires to become a point of reference for compliance matters across the staffing industry and beyond.
ICE combines its knowledge of the industry with a hunger for excellence and a deep understanding of individual country requirements, which result in an outstanding level of service provision to its clients. Having worked with a great network of partners and professionals around the world over the years, ICE has the ability to also point clients in the right direction when local support is needed in a given territory.
